The end of the year has gotten some employees out of work, thus looking for new positions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Though it is assumed that the year-end and the beginning is not a good time to look for a new job, most experts recommend not holding back from applying anyways. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hence, here are a few steps you can take immediately to set yourself up for a job offer in early 2023 proposed by three Korn Ferry experts, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kornferry.com\/about-us\/consultants\/dankaplan\">Dan Kaplan<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/alysonfederico\">Alyson Federico<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kornferry.com\/about-us\/consultants\/deepalivyas\">Deepali Vyas<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Build your network vigorously<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>In today&#8217;s fast-moving world, finding the right job has become integral to our corporate world. Therefore, it is time to build your network by attending holiday parties and refreshing past relationships and contacts that are hosted not only by your friends or relatives but also by many professional associations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Identifying headhunters<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Invest time in researching firms and recruiters in your field. Ensure that their bios state that they have placed people in your field and at your level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Working at a start-up is a good idea<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Finding a new job is possible if you&#8217;ve been laid off from a large company.
