By doing both, we can ensure we\u2019re prepared for whatever comes our way.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Act with Purpose and Courage<\/strong>: Leading with purpose means aligning our personal values with what the organization stands for. When we genuinely believe in our mission, we can inspire our teams, especially when things get tough. It\u2019s okay to be vulnerable and take risks\u2014our teams will be more likely to follow us if they see we\u2019re committed and resilient.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Harness the Power of Others<\/strong>: People are at the heart of everything we do.
