Norbert was President for McGraw-Hill Construction. Norbert Young joined Limbach in 2013. In 2005 Norbert received the AIA’s Edward C. Kemper Award for outstanding service to the profession. In 2008 he was elected to the National Academy of Construction. In 2007 the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada designated him an Honorary Fellow, and the American Society of Civil Engineers awarded him the prestigious Henry L. Michel Award for Industry Advancement of Research.
